Page to Table Series: Kay Chun
Our Page to Table (in partnership with Twyl) events are not to be missed! New York Times Food contributor Kay Chun and Chef Ian worked side-by-side for years in the test kitchen’s of Gourmet Magazine! They’ll be reunited for one night in the Amara kitchen! Kay’s first cookbook, Gather Around My Table, will be released in early October! Each dinner ticket includes a signed copy to be mailed to you on publication day! Menu (subject to change): -Little Bites when you arrive -Mixed Chicories with Garlic and Anchovies -Butter and Parm Shrimp Dumplings -Smoky Kelp Vongole with Black Cod and Fregola -End-of-Summer Eton Mess
Twyl & Solebury Orchards: Vintage Teapots & Tea-riffic Blooms
Channel your inner Dashwood sister! Using vintage teapots as your vessel, you'll arrange seasonal blooms fresh from the cutting garden into a one-of-a-kind centerpiece — equal parts wit, romance, and good sense. Sip tea, chat with fellow book lovers, and leave with a beautifully arranged floral teapot to take home. (This might be an excuse to reread your favorite Jane Austen!)

Our Page to Table (in partnership with Twyl) events are not to be missed! Enjoy Chef Ian's thoughtfully crafted hors d'oeuvres inspired by each featured book, signature cocktails, a lively Q&A with the author, and an evening of great conversation. In September, we're hosting a cocktail party inspired by Just Watch Me by Lior Torenberg. The menu will feature a plentiful array of flavorful, spicy bites that bring the story to life.
